EduBank Pro is a classroom management and educational platform designed to simulate a real-world economy for educational purposes. The currency, assets, and economic transactions within this app are simulated virtual representations and have no real-world monetary value.

2. User Responsibilities

  • For Teachers: You are responsible for the management of your virtual classroom, including the approval of transactions, monitoring of student conduct, and safeguarding the virtual welfare of your students within the app.
  • For Students: You are responsible for the ethical use of the platform. You agree to interact with peers and teachers respectfully, adhere to the rules set by your teacher, and utilize the messaging system appropriately.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Data Privacy and Educational Compliance

  • Student Data: EduBank Pro is designed to be used in educational settings. We are committed to protecting student information. Users (teachers) are responsible for ensuring that their use of the app complies with their school district's policies and applicable student data privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, COPPA).
  • Messaging System: The student-teacher messaging feature is intended strictly for educational communication. All messages are accessible to authorized teacher accounts for monitoring purposes.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Virtual Transactions: All virtual transactions within the app (salary, fines, store purchases) are simulated and do not involve real money.
  • Premium Tiers: Access to certain premium features may require a paid subscription. All payments for these tiers are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the associated fees and billing cycles.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, or federal laws.
  • Engage in harassment, bullying, or the distribution of inappropriate content through the messaging system or any other feature.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application's security or economic logic.

  • We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in virtual balance calculations or simulation outcomes.
  • We are not liable for any disputes arising from classroom management decisions made by teachers using the platform.
  • We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EduBank Pro at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
